Many destination weddings take place by a beach, but equally as breathtaking is OUE Skyspace LA—it even hosted a dinner during the last season of ABC’s “The Bachelor.” OUE Skyspace LA offers a unique take on weddings for up to 150 guests. Couples have the option of saying their “I Dos'” with views of the Maguire Gardens or on the Hollywood Terrace for their ceremony. After their first kiss is done, the reception can follow on the 70th floor, which spans over stunning city views.

Now, for those who want to raise the stakes just a bit more, Estes says, “The world’s first ever Skyslide takes the venue to a new level, providing the ultimate heart-pounding experience where newly weds can “elope down the slope” as a dramatic finale to their event, with the entire Los Angeles cityscape as your backdrop.”
Proposal Packages
OUE Skyspace LA also offers guests a variety of proposal packages to help couples make the road to “I Do” extra special. Proposal packages include a few essentials such as a Champagne toast by Sunseri, floral hat boxes for decor by Aquafuzion, and photography to capture the big moment from CB Photo Studio. In the Tier 1 Incentive package the couple receives two tickets to visit OUE Skyspace on the anniversary of their engagement date the following year, as well as a ride on the Skyslide and an outside service fee of $150/$350.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 proposal bookings receive a $1,500 discount for couples to use towards the booking of a rehearsal dinner or wedding at OUE Skyspace. In Tier 2 (priced at $750) couples have access to a 30-minute semi-private access to a portion of the Hollywood Terrace for up to 45 guests and in Tier 3 (priced at $1,500) it bumps up to 30-60-minute access with a 90 guest max limit. Both Tier 2 and Tier 3 options come with a venue coordinator, and for Tier 2 10 Skyslide rides and Tier 3 25 Skyslide rides.
There are also a variety of a la carte options couples can choose from when planning their proposal such as a dozen roses, 1,000 faux rose petals and runner, a candle package, an hour champagne, wine or beer service, or the option to play the couples’ song of choice.
