Foodies have something else to celebrate in Las Vegas as Caesars Palace recently announced that James Beard award-winning chef Michel Richard will bring a version of his popular Washington, D.C restaurant to the hotel.
Scheduled to open in late summer, Central 24/7 by Michel Richard, will occupy the current Augustus Cafe space adjacent to the Caesars Palace hotel lobby. Central 24/7 will offer a 24-hour dining experience offering breakfast, lunch and dinner selections. The 9,600-sq.-ft. restaurant will seat approximately 300 guests, including on an outdoor patio terrace. The restaurant will also feature a large lounge complete with full bar.
The menu will feature many Central 24/7 signature items such as Richard’s celebrated burger, 72-hour short ribs, fried chicken, razor clam chowder, and fresh oysters. The Caesars Palace location, however, will also offer many new selections.
