Crystal Cruises opened a new branch office in Miami, Fl. on June 1.
The company’s corporate headquarters will remain in Los Angeles as the base of operations, while the Miami branch offers additional positioning for greater growth in the East Coast. The new office, located on Biscayne Boulevard, will also serve as the home site to the newly created management positions at Crystal. A new reservations call center, located in the new office, will start to accept bookings in summer 2015, and will provide support on both coasts for Crystal Cruises to serve the domestic and international markets.
