Healthy Living in Cape Town In Cape Town, South Africa, Ellerman House is providing guests a Healthy Living program complete with Healthy Living Concierge, where guests can create a program tailored to their specific nutrition, fitness, culture and beauty goals.

Keeping outside appearances in check is achievable with Ellerman House’s healthy alternative dining menu, available during all meals. Meanwhile the onsite gym is complemented by a host of outdoor fitness activities such as hiking, surfing and mountain biking, all offered through the concierge.

Las Vegas’ Over-the-Top Tendencies Your clients can now find out how Cirque du Soleil performers train by trying it out themselves. Offered at Spa & Salon Bellagio, participants can take part in the cardio-infused JUKARI Fit to Flex program, which uses the JUKARI Band and Cirque du Soleil music and focuses on enhancing flexibility, muscle tone and coordination. The Spa at The Mirage, meanwhile, is putting a new spin on yoga practices with its new “Yoga Among the Dolphins” class. Taking place in an underwater viewing area within Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat, guests can participate in yoga classes, moving from pose to pose while glimpsing the resort’s family of bottlenose dolphins swimming alongside.
