In response to the ever-growing community of the vegan lifestyle, the Hilton San Diego Bayfront is now offering a selection of vegan-inspired food and beverage options, including vegan wines.
Some of the menu items include Southwestern gazpacho with tortilla strips, curried lentil soup, crispy polenta stack with sweet and smoky tomato compote, spiced Marcona almonds, crispy tofu with Thai sweet and sour stir fry and Jasmine rice, pine nut and almond baklava and pumpkin pie sorbet.
“We would like to provide our health-conscious guests with every option to enhance their travel experience,” says Troy Roth, director of food and beverage. “So often, travelers are forced into altering their regular diet due to the lack of available food options. We not only want to cater to the dietary needs of every guest, but to take on a creative approach to menu options as well.”
Rising 30 stories above the edge of San Diego Bay, the Hilton San Diego Bayfront is one of downtown San Diego’s newest waterfront hotels. The property features PURE allergy-friendly guestrooms, complete with in-room filtration systems designed to remove air particles and surfaces treated to minimize the growth of bacteria.
