Kimpton Angler’s Hotel South Beach celebrated its grand debut this November following a six-year, $61 million renovation and redesign.

The property first revealed its new look by designer Nicole Hollis in 2018, when it opened its fifth building, offering 85-rooms as well as a new lobby, the Minnow Bar, an event space, rooftop pool and sun deck.

The completion of the redesign project adds new full-service restaurant Seawell Fish N’ Oyster, and the renovation of the hotel’s four original buildings and bungalows – including those dating back to the hotel’s 1930s beginnings.

The new Kimpton Angler’s Hotel South Beach also represents the future of Washington Avenue, as the city prepares to embark on a multi-million-dollar revitalization to transform the thoroughfare into a pedestrian-friendly destination neighborhood.

The property offers 132 diverse guest rooms and suites that include studios, lofts, villas, spa villas, suites and bungalows. It also boasts an exclusive coral reef discovery experience, in-room spa services, and two swimming pools.
