Acqualina Spa by ESPA, at the five-star, five-diamond Acqualina Resort & Spa in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, has introduced the first-ever monthly health and wellness series titled, Extraordinary Themes for Everyday Health. On the first Tuesday of each month, guests will have the opportunity to attend educational and interactive sessions that will provide insights on how to improve overall well-being. Each session is priced at $25 per resort guest ($65 for non-resort guests) to attend and grants all-day access to the 20,000-sq.-ft. Acqualina Spa by ESPA, featuring state-of-the art treatment rooms, relaxation lounges with Himalayan salt walls, steam rooms, healing heat and water rituals, ice fountains, an experience shower, an outdoor pool and a terrace retreat. Depending on the topic, each session in the wellness series will be begin at 3 p.m. and last approximately 60 to 90 minutes. The next session, Organic Wine Education & Tasting, scheduled for Nov. 1, will discuss the benefits of organic wine in a lecture led by sommelier Tahiirah Allen, who will explain what it is, why it matters, where to find it, and how it’s made. Guests will be able to enjoy a guided tasting of three to four organic wines with a complimentary food pairing at the end of the seminar. Upcoming sessions include Agelessness & Movement Art on Dec. 6; Timeless Mind. Ageless Body on Jan. 3; Mindful Meditation on Feb. 7; and LCSW: A Light Bulb Moment on March 7.
