The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort
Health and wellness seem like easy goals at a destination as beautiful as this one, the UAE’s St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort.

Currently a $100 billion industry, global wellness and health tourism is projected to grow to $1 trillion within the next decade. And based on their recent expansion announcements, both the Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts are getting in on that niche market.

Four Seasons Residences, Austin
The office of Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery is set to open July 30 at the Four Seasons Residences in Austin, TX. Currently, the center offers cosmetic procedures including Botox, chemical peels and Coolsculpting, in addition to treatments for skin tightening and the visual reduction of face and leg veins. Beginning in 2013, full plastic surgery services will be offered as well, including breast augmentation, liposuction and belpharoplasty.

Current advertised rates at Four Seasons Austin start at $349 per night. For more information, visit fourseasons.com/austin or westlakedermatology.com.

St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi, UAE
A recent partnership between Abu Dhabi’s Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) and the U.S.-based DNA Health Corp. marks the foundation for a new integrative medicine and wellness center at St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort’s The Collection retail complex.

The new DNA Health Corp. center is scheduled to open in spring 2013, offering “a new integrative family health protocol uniting the mind, body and spirit to combat anti-aging and chronic disease and to assist with lifestyle changes to improve the quality of life.”

Summer rates at St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort start at $181 per night. For more information, visit stregissaadiyatisland.com or dnahealthcorp.com.
