Reservations are now open for Ace Hotel New Orleans, which opens March 14 in News Orleans’ Warehouse District. Located at 600 Carondelet Street in the French Quarter, the new hotel occupies a 1928 Art Deco building that the Ace Hotel chain renovated to include a Stumptown Coffee Roasters cafe, which will serve the Portland-based company’s signature espresso, hot coffee drinks and cold-brewed coffee; a restaurant, featuring flavors of the American South; and a rooftop swimming pool. Guests of the 234-guestroom property can expect to find vintage design elements inspired by the Dada Movement, Art Deco, Picasso and Braque throughout the hotel, as well as a full-size refrigerator equipped with all of the ingredients necessary for mixing cocktails inside their room. Ace Hotel New Orleans will be programming events during the New Orleans Jazz Festival and Daze Between, so your clients will want to book before the festivities begin April 22. Rates start at $189 on weekdays; $269 on weekends. For more information, visit acehotel.com/neworleans.
