In celebration of its decade in business, the St. Regis Bal Harbour is offering an over-the-top Fifth Anniversary Catch & Cook Experience. The package, which starts at $5,000, includes a private 5-hour fishing excursion on a 58-ft. sportfisherman charter with executive chef Franck Steigerwald, followed by a cooking demo and 5-course dinner with wine pairings for five guests at the onsite Greek restaurant Atlantikos. In addition, guests receive roundtrip transportation from the Miami Beach-based luxury resort to the marina where guests set sail into the Atlantic waters to catch their own fish to prepare for dinner that evening. While at sea, guests can fish for marlin, sailfish, tuna, and other local fish or simply relax with lunch and Champagne. Once guests are back at The St. Regis Bal Harbour, chef Steigerwald will present a cooking demonstration with the fresh fish followed by dinner.
