United Airlines is adding three nonstop flights between San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and Tel Aviv beginning April 1, 2016. News of the new weekly flights, which take place aboard the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, comes nearly a month after American Airlines’ announcement that it will no longer operate its Philadelphia-Tel Aviv service after Jan. 4, 2016.
United’s new San Francisco-Tel Aviv flights depart Tel Aviv at 12:55 a.m. on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays and arrive in San Francisco at 6 a.m. the same day. The returning flights depart San Francisco at 8 p.m. on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays and arrive in Tel Aviv at 8:10 p.m. the following day. For more information, visit united.com.
