Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort, a new hotel opening in early 2014 at Universal Orlando Resort, is now accepting reservations for stays starting March 31, 2014.

The 1,800-room hotel, operated by Loews Hotels & Resorts, will feature two courtyards with guestrooms and family suites, which sleep up to six people. In addition, the retro-style hotel will feature two pool complexes with sand beaches; a lazy river; 10-lane bowling alley; game room; fitness center; and a food court serving American and international cuisine.

Hotel guests will also be near the theme parks and Universal CityWalk with benefits such as early theme park admission, complimentary shuttle bus to the theme parks and CityWalk and resort-wide charging privileges through their room key. And unlike the three other onsite hotels at Universal Orlando, Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort does not offer guests complimentary Universal Express Unlimited ride access.

Rates start at $119 per night for a guestroom and $174 for family suites. For more information, call (800) 224-3838 or visit universaltravelagents.com.
