A few weeks ago, Recommend had the opportunity to dine at Viceroy Miami’s restaurant, 15th & Vine, and what a treat it was, with spectacular views of the bay and downtown Miami.

For your guests who enjoy fine dining and want an experience true to the Miami flavor, this is quite the tasty option. We indulged in grilled flatbread with sundried tomato, buffalo mozzarella, basil, and aged balsamic vinegar; bomba rice—rice made with crab, trumpets, and asparagus escabeche; and the banana leaf snapper 31, which comes with chorizo black beans and jasmine rice. We also had a tasting of the summer shandy oysters, which are made with bacon, summer shandy emulsion, and chimichurri, and were absolutely delish. The cocktails were also just as fabulous as the food, and each one we tasted outdid the prior one. We tasted a mojito made with Prosecco, lime juice, and mint flor de cana called a “projito”; and the coconut mojito made with flor de cana, lime juice, mint and Coco Lopez.
