Located in the Rosemary District of Sarasota’s downtown area, The Sarasota Modern-A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, which is part of Marriott International, Inc. is set to debut in late 2018.
The 89-room luxury boutique hotel blends interesting architecture with minimalist design and artistic flair, drawing inspiration from European design and 1940s modernism in South Florida. Guests will find clean white walls, natural wood detailing, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private outdoor clawfoot tubs, all surrounded by lush greenery just outside their accommodations. The property features a spa, two pools, a hot tub, and private cabanas, allowing guests to create their own private mini paradise within the resort-style atmosphere. Also onsite is Rudolph’s, a curated restaurant serving up fresh, local cuisine.
