This 29-guestroom property offers guests complimentary amenities such as a French-inspired continental breakfast with fresh croissants, Brioche, Pain au Chocolat, yogurt, fruit, juices, coffee, and tea. Beach chairs are also reserved on South Beach for guests’ use and custom beach totes are also available for guests, plus WiFi, and a daily wine and cheese happy hour.

The new property was built from the foundation of the third oldest hotel in Miami Beach, and is located between 3rd and 4th streets on Collins Avenue, just one block from the beach. Features from the building’s original design, such as the Cuban tile flooring and restored fireplace add character when paired with the updated common areas decorated with Turkish throw pillows and rugs, rocking chairs, and modern art. The Julia, which was named after Miami’s iconic founder Julia Tuttle, is owned by SMS Lodging—a family-owned company that operates hotels in Miami and Key West.
