4 Longer European Sailings with Celebrity Cruises

Celebrity Cruises unveiled today four new longer European sailings on board its newest ship, Celebrity Apex, which is the second ship in the brand’s Edge Series.

The new sailings aboard the Celebrity Apex include three 10- and 11-night Eastern Mediterranean sailings, and new 11-night Western Mediterranean sailing. The two 11-night Greece, Malta and Turkey sailings depart from Rome and visit Istanbul, Turkey; Ephesus, Turkey; Santorini, Mykonos, and Athens, Greece; Valletta, Malta; and Barcelona, Spain. The 10-day version of this sailing stops in eight ports including Barcelona, Crete, Santorini, Mykonos, Bodrum, and Athens, as well as Naples and Rome, Italy. The 11-night Spain, France, and Italian Riviera expedition will sail round-trip out of Barcelona calling Provence, Monte Carlo, Nice, Santa Margherita, Rome, Naples, Palma de Mallorca, and Valencia.

After the ship’s Southhampton debut, she will offer a mini season of five sailings to European destinations including the Norwegian Fjords and the northern coasts of Spain and Portugal. Guests can also experience a new 10-night Capital Cities Cruise with visits to iconic cities including Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Oslo, and Paris.

After the Northern European mini season, she’ll spend the rest of her inaugural summer sailing 7- to 12-night itineraries in the Mediterranean with visits to Lisbon, Istanbul, Monte Carlo, France and more.

The Celebrity Apex features 29 dining venues, and the line’s Edge Staterooms, which offer Infinite Verandas, and the 2-story Edge Villas featuring outdoor plunge pools.
