Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection announced it’s latest addition, U by Uniworld, which launches March 2017 and begins sailings in early 2018. U by Uniworld targets the next generation of river cruisers by offering immersive, authentic and adventurous experiences along the rivers of Europe and cities such as Amsterdam, Paris, and Budapest.

U BY UNIWORLD will deliver the same superb quality of authenticity and personalization that the Uniworld brand is celebrated for, while offering a new way for exploratory, younger travelers to experience the pulse of Europe,” says Ellen Bettridge, president and CEO of Uniworld in press materials. “We are targeting an active traveler between the ages of 18 and 40, with everything from the decor, dining and cocktail service to the land activities thoughtfully curated to appeal to, and meet the needs of, this audience.”

Both the River Baroness and the River Ambassador will undergo extensive renovations and design changes to tailor the ships to the U by Uniworld experiences. The ships will feature a contemporary look in all public areas and open spaces, plus offer communal tables for dining with a new culinary program, creative mixologists and international DJs onboard.
