All-inclusive hotels in Mexico are satisfying guests’ demand for unique dining options with specialized menus and menu items catered to the travel gourmand.

Molecular Dining
In Cancun, Mexico, guests at the 427-guestroom, adults-only Grand Oasis Sens get a feast for the eyes and the palette at Benazuza, a molecular dining restaurant with Mexican roots. Here, tasty culinary inventions are served over multiple courses (with a few unexpected twists), making it no surprise to anyone that Benazuza is consistently ranked the top restaurant in Cancun on TripAdvisor. Guests can work off the extra calories from dinner in the pool (Grand Oasis Sens has three) or the onsite gym. Rates start at $258 pp dbl. For more information, visit oasishotels.com/en.

Fresh Fixins
Rather than just offering healthy selections within its existing food and beverage venues, the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels has created a healthier culinary experience for select onsite restaurants at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya. Developed in collaboration with Mexican-born, Le Cordon Bleu Paris-graduate chef Karla Hernandez, Fresh Fix features a healthy food and beverage menu with chef-crafted dishes made using fresh, organic and locally sourced ingredients. Expect freshly prepared food—crisp salads, gourmet appetizers and not-so-sinful desserts—in a unique, themed setting.

For now, Fresh Fix is only available at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya; however, future plans are already in place to expand to the remaining all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels. For more information, visit hrhaic.com.

Beef Feast
In partnership with the Certified Angus Beef brand, Palace Resorts is now offering premium quality Certified Angus Beef brand products in all of the restaurants at each of the brand’s eight oceanfront properties in Mexico and Jamaica (it will be the first all-inclusive resort chain in Cancun to offer Certified Angus Beef brand products). To ensure high culinary standards, each property’s executive chef traveled to the Certified Angus Beef headquarters in Wooster, Ohio, where they learned firsthand about the brand’s standards and participated in training sessions.
