Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the Grand Canyon by air and ground with the return of The Papillon Group’s tours, which allows travelers to fly over the Grand Canyon’s north and south Rims and then take the road on Harley-Davidson motorcycles for a closer look.
The Grand Canyon with a Harley tours, created by Papillon in partnership with EagleRider, are now open for bookings through Nov. 4. These tours accommodate small groups like bachelor parties or corporate incentive trips. Guests who have a valid motorcycle license can drive their own Harley-Davidson; those without a license can ride along with an EagleRider guide. The 10-hour journey begins in Las Vegas then continues by air aboard a flightseeing airplane taking off from Papillon’s Aerocenter in Boulder City, Nevada. Then it’s off to the Grand Canyon National Park where travelers take on a 2.5-hour Harley journey. Boxed lunches and cold drinks are provided, as well as a jacket, helmet and gloves. Fuel and basic insurance is also included, as are round-trip shuttles from most Southern Nevada hotels and resorts. Pricing is $534 pp.
Guests who are already staying at Grand Canyon National Park, can opt for the North Canyon Helicopter Tour with Harley, which allows the group to explore the South to the North rims. Travelers first experience the North Rim and Central region of the Grand Canyon, landing in the South Rim, where they are greeted by a guide for a 2 ½-hour motorcycle tour. Boxed lunches, cold drinks, jacket, helmet, and gloves will also be provided. Pricing is $399 pp.
