Collette Vacations has teamed up with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) in the UK to offer new tours as part of its first RHS Garden Holidays brochure.
Combining horticulture and travel, the tours will head to exclusive gardens and feature private or expert tours to public and botanical gardens in the U.S., Europe, South Africa, Japan and New Zealand. The brochure offers 11 tours with expert tour managers, local guides and an RHS horticulturist, with departures starting in May.
One of the tours, Gardens and Villas of the Italian Lakes, is a 10-day trip with stops in Venice, Murano Island, Como, Bellagio and Lugano, Switzerland. The tour also includes boat rides to the Borromean Islands to see the Isola Madre palace and garden, and Isola Bella to see the island’s palace and gardens with a guide.
