The company must be doing something right. Bob Stuart, sr. v.p., global sales, The Hertz Corporation, see the two awards as “truly an honor as it reflects both the services we provide agents as well as those we provide to their customers and we want to thank those agents who voted for Hertz.”
The car rental company recently revamped its collections, including The Prestige, Adrenaline and Green Traveler collections, adding additional cars, especially in the popular “muscle car” category. Improvements were made to its Gold Plus Rewards loyalty program, increasing its user-friendliness. The company also launched Hertz Business Rewards, a program targeted at small- and mid-size businesses where rewards are earned by both the renter and their company.
Upcoming initiatives include more technological innovations to continue to improve the car rental experience. Hertz plans to also expand further its off airport operations, Hertz Local Edition.
“Everything we do at Hertz is focused on the customer and providing the utmost in service to them and we’re pleased that agents recognize this and the value we bring to the travel experience,” says Stuart.
Adding that, “Throughout the years we’ve offered programs to help educate and train agents as well as programs that reward agents for booking Hertz. Currently, our Hertz Agent Gold Rewards program rewards travel agents for booking Hertz car rentals by allowing agents to personally choose rewards that range from high-end merchandise, travel, entertainment, and a variety of other reward options.”
