Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort & Spa offers a whole lot of pampering for the bride before and on her wedding day. The Bride-to-Be package, for example, allows her to choose her favorite facial at the Moana Lanai Spa, A Heavenly Spa by Westin, and then on the big day they’ll provide all the necessities for making sure she looks just right. If a bride wants her party to be part of the pampering fun, the hotel’s $3,000 Suite Package for up to five guests gives the group access to the Ocean Front Suite for four hours, a Lomi Ho’Okipa massage and a Fountain of Youth facial for each guest, plus two cheese and charcuterie boards, two seasonal fruit platters, afternoon tea sandwiches, dessert bites, and a bottle of champagne. For an after-the-nuptials relaxation, book the new Mr. and Mrs. on The Wedding Package, starting at $625; it’s the perfect way to relax as the couple enjoys a little Zen at the spa’s private oceanfront Couples’ Suite. Here, the newlyweds will indulge in a 50-minute couples massage, receive a bottle of Champagne and 20 pieces of truffles, as well as monogrammed robes with their names on it, and have access to the private whirlpool.

Las Vegas
For a unique wedding venue in Las Vegas, check out the Wedding Suite at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where vows can be exchanged either in-suite or on a private wraparound terrace overlooking the city. This suite is designed for non-traditional weddings as guests sit on lounge-like furniture or stand around the room while vows are exchanged. In addition to the common area and a private terrace, there are separate lounge spaces for the bride and her party, or for guests to mingle.

The suite, located on the 36th floor of the property’s Boulevard Tower, has accommodations for up to 55 guests (25 for a more intimate seated ceremony). The Wedding Suite Collection is priced at $6,500 for the Wedding Suite and adjoining transformation suite, plus roundtrip transportation to obtain the marriage license, officiant services for a curated personalized ceremony, personal floral services, 1-hour photography services, traditional recorded music, beverage service with 1.5 hours of premium open bar for up to 35 guests, a dedicated wedding manager, coordination of site services including an informal rehearsal or pre-wedding meeting, plus a bottle of bubbly for the couple to enjoy in their guestroom, complimentary upgrade to couple’s room reservation, and a special rated guestroom block for five to 10 rooms.

Florida
The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club’s new wedding packages include Say I Do, With This Ring, Loving Cup, and Tie The Knot. Each includes a 4-hour premium brand open bar, 1-hour hors d’oeuvres reception (choice of four from 28 options), buffet or plated dinner (menus vary by package), a wedding cake, a signature welcome drink, a champagne toast, wine service with dinner, floor-length table linen, chair covers and sash (with choice of color), a dance floor, complimentary valet parking, and a complimentary night stay for the wedding couple. Package enhancements are also available including a crepe station, dessert shooter, and after-party snacks such as chocolate-dipped pretzels, truffle Parmesean fries, or mini sliders.

“The ambiance at The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club is unique in its Old Florida charm,” says Susan Savino, director of conference services at The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, “while also having all the capabilities of servicing any type of wedding that our clients are looking for. We are also able to provide our bride and groom two different options for the ceremony: one directly on the beach with your feet in the sand, or on the grass overlooking the beach. Also of great appeal is that both options are just steps outside the door. We also have beautiful indoor space on both the golf course side and the beach side, including The Everglades Room overlooking the Gulf.”

And at The Naples Beach Resort, weddings are a family affair. “Most of the weddings we host are destination weddings,” notes Savino, “where all family and friends stay at the resort before, during and after the wedding. For couples who also opt to stay here for the honeymoon, we are happy to customize a package for them, but we do not have a specific honeymoon package.”

For agents looking to book a wedding at this property, Savino advises, “Work with the sales department to get the best rate that is possible during the time of the wedding. It provides so much joy and happiness for the couple to have their guests staying on property with them.”

There are plenty of recreational options for the wedding guests to do while on property at the resort, including nine holes or 18 holes on the redesigned championship golf course; a spa treatment in the spa overlooking the golf course; lounging on the pristine white-sand beach or by one of the pools; tennis; kayaking; stand-up paddleboarding; or enjoying a picturesque sunset with one’s favorite beverage at The Sunset Beach Bar & Grill. “We also can set up bocce ball, giant Jenga, corn hole or ladder hole, to name a few,” adds Savino. “We have many activities for all, which helps agents for their clients.”

St. Augustine, one of Florida’s most romantic cities, provides an idyllic storybook backdrop for a romantic stay. At The Collector Luxury Inn & Gardens, which is located at the site of the former Dow Museum of Historic Houses, weathered coquina walls, cobblestone courtyards, and lush gardens set the perfect ambiance for romance.

Group buyouts are available of its 30 guestrooms and suites, offering wedding parties their own compound for the length of their stay. For the couple, the Soulmates in St. Augustine package welcomes the soon-to-be Mr. and Mrs. with chilled prosecco and chocolate-covered strawberries, plus a private historic pedicab tour of the city and a $75 dining certificate to a local hotspot, Michael’s Tasting Room, and after tying the knot at one of the city’s historic churches or landmarks, they can dine on locally sourced breakfast in bed and explore the inn’s grounds.

And if your couple wants to say “I do” during a weekday ceremony, the property’s Weekday Wedding Room Blocks gives them a few perks for nuptials taking place Sunday to Wednesday. When reserving five or more rooms, they get permission for a photographer to take wedding photos on property (usually requires 10 rooms), a bottle of prosecco in each room, in-room welcome bags with water bottles at check-in with information on St. Augustine, a list of top spots and coupons for attractions, late check-out, and a special
offer for the newlyweds inviting them to return for their one year anniversary and receive 20 percent off their stay plus a round of cocktails.

Your clients can opt for a wedding toast at the inn’s The Well—a century-old spot tucked away in what was once St. Augustine’s first 2-car garage—or even custom sightseeing excursions for guests pre- or post-ceremony.
