Germany’s second largest airline, airberlin, has launched a new B2B hotline exclusively for U.S. travel agents. Agents can call (1) 855 420-0614 (toll free) for prioritized support based on their IATA or agency number. Plus, in addition to being able to make bookings, agencies will be able to assume all end customer bookings and rebookings with immediate effect, in addition to reserving optional extras.
airberlin is also strengthening its presence in the U.S. market with increased service from New York, San Francisco, Boston, Miami and Los Angeles, as well as increased services on major European routes for the upcoming summer schedule. The additional flights to and from Paris, Warsaw, Krakow and Tel Aviv will be connected to all airberlin’s domestic and European destinations, in addition to long-haul destinations via Berlin.
