For the first time, the company will offer a live discussion and Q&A session with Carmen Roig, its senior vice president of marketing and sales, during a Virtual Coffee Chat with Carmen.The segment, which typically appears during a small portion of Crystal’s weekly webinar, will be expanded to the majority of the digital gathering, and affording ample time for travel professionals to inquire about the current issues that are profoundly affecting the industry.
In addition to fielding travel advisors’ questions submitted by the webinar platform, Roig will also discuss the latest pertinent company updates and initiatives.
