MSC Cruises has begun its summer series for travel agents—MSC Serving You Educational Roadshows. In total, 19 cities across the U.S. will welcome the Roadshow.
One of the main focuses of the MSC Roadshows is a hands-on interactive training session on the MSC Book, MSC’s new booking engine. Agents are asked to bring a laptop, tablet, or mobile device to the events in order to participate in the demonstrations. In addition, agents will learn how they can earn up to 20 percent commission. MSC Cruises will also be offering two CLIA credits for attending a Roadshow.
The next Roadshow takes place on July 13 in Nassau County, N.Y. and then there’s one in New Brunswick, N.J. on July 14. Roadshows run through the end of September, ending in Miami, FL. on Sept. 24. For more information and a complete schedule, visit msccruises.com.
