Nexion adds digital enhancements to its services—new apps to help Nexion agents garner more business and work more efficiently, plus a new booking software. The announcements were made at the CoNexion conference last week.
Smart Leads by Nexion, a mobile-focused lead generation program ($19.99 a month for the first year), works in conjunction with a consumer-facing mobile application, The Travel Valet, which gives clients information on restaurants, nightlife and tours. Smart Leads, available Nov. 1, matches new and prospective clients with Nexion agents based on the consumer’s travel request, and allows agents to communicate with existing clients and send notifications on destinations, travel products, supplier promotions, and travel quotes.
Nexion’s new system, ResReview, provides agents quality control procedures for their bookings including credit card verification, scanning for eligible commissions, and providing client invoices—ResReview supports all Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre and Worldspan GDS users, as well as Nexion agents using SNAP!. ResReview also analyzes, corrects, and provides agents with detailed information at the time of ticketing. Agents using ResReview can individualize itineraries; incorporate service fees into one invoice; and with the system, provide clients with notifications on air, car, and hotel confirmations, among other enhancements.
