The enhancements launching this month include the ability to speed up customer payments by scanning credit cards using a smartphone camera, generate faster quotes using an improved QuoteMax tool, create detailed customized analysis and reports, as well as provide product recommendations based on real-time trip information. The platform has also been redesigned by using feedback from agents who were able to test the new features.
