Avoya Travel has made a significant investment to expand its product portfolio through a new partnership with The Mark Travel Corporation.

The new partnership combines the technologies and product offerings of Avoya and Mark Travel to provide customers with more full-service booking options, and to increase booking efficiencies for independent agencies in the Avoya Network. Together, Mark Travel and Avoya created custom technology that gives Avoya Network members access to more resort products and promotions, while also integrating a more seamless booking process through Agent Power, Avoya’s Travel Agency Operating System. Avoya has also created a new experience for travelers online at avoyatravel.com with newly added resort product and destination pages that offer more content, promotions, and booking options.

We’re thrilled to embark on this new partnership with The Mark Travel Corporation and begin introducing Avoya Travel customers to their portfolio of excellent vacation products,” said Jeff Anderson, executive v.p. of Avoya Travel, in press materials. “Through our strategic partnership, Avoya Travel is better poised to become an obvious consumer choice for full-service vacation planning by providing value and options for travel beyond cruising.”

The company’s move to offer more resort vacations to customers and generate more selling opportunities for the Avoya Network is powered by the Avoya 2025 plan that was recently announced at Avoya’s 2018 Conference. The Avoya 2025 plan sets out to create more powerful customer experiences that combine modern technologies with personal service and generate deeper collaboration with supplier partners.
