Just in time for “Wave Season,” travel advisors who want to take their earning potential to the next level can opt-in to Carnival Cruise Line’s 2019 AMP Up Commission Challenge to qualify for higher commission rates.
In order to qualify, participating travel agencies must register online now through Dec. 23, 2018 and make anywhere from 20 to 125 bookings between Jan. 1 and March 31, 2019. Agencies who reach set booking goals during this window will earn increased commissions on new Carnival Cruise Line bookings made April 1 through Dec. 2019. Higher commission levels range from 11 to 15 percent and will be awarded based on the following scale:
- 125 bookings: 15 percent commission
- 88 bookings: 14 percent commission
- 63 bookings: 13 percent commission
- 38 bookings: 12 percent commission
- 20 bookings: 11 percent commission
The 2019 AMP Up Commission Challenge is available to agencies currently qualifying for 10 to 14 percent commission. To participate, an agency owner or authorized representative must go to goccl.com to complete a simple registration form. Once the agency’s information has been verified, an enrollment confirmation e-mail will be sent by Dec. 28. Only new bookings made and fully deposited or paid in full between Jan. 1 and March 31, 2019 will count toward the goal with the exception of free staterooms, reduced advisor fares and full-ship charters.
