TWC’s 8-night Discover Vietnam FAM, scheduled for September 2020, starts and ends in Hanoi, and includes an overnight cruise.
Highlights include an afternoon cyclo tour around Old Hanoi, as well as visits to Ninh Binh, a small city in the Red River Delta of northern Vietnam; the ancient city of Hoa Lu, a must-see for history buffs as it’s Vietnam’s former capital; the Tam Coc Caves; Sa Pa, overlooking the terraced rice fields of the Muong Hoa Valley; and Sin Chai Village. There’s also an overnight cruise in Lan Ha Bay and a visit to Fansipan Legend Mountain, for breathtaking views from the “rooftop of Indochina.”
The FAM takes place Sept. 15-23, with departures on Sept. 14. Price for land is $1,200 (sgl, add $440); companions can join for the same price. Domestic and international air and tips are not included; e-visas are an additional $40.
