Seasoned cruise veteran and former senior v.p. of global marketing and sales for Seabourn Cruise Line John Delaney is now the president of small ship cruise line Windstar Cruises. Delaney will assume his role on July 19 after serving under the Carnival Corporation brand for five-and-a-half years (since 2011). In a press release statement, Andrew N.
