Small ship cruise company Katarina Line recently announced that it is now accepting applications from qualifying travel advisors who wish to participate in the line’s free Educational Cruise.

Departing June 25, 2019 from Split, Croatia, the 4-night cruise will sail around the Dalmatian islands and coastline aboard the 38-passenger Deluxe Superior vessel Maritimo. Eligible travel advisors will stay free, with a companion in the same cabin for $317. Advisors are encouraged to bring a companion due to the limited number of single cabins.

In addition to an overnight in Split, the second largest city in Croatia and one of the most popular destinations for visitors, the cruise will also visit Korcula, which is recognized for its beaches, restaurants and bars. Other ports of call include Hvar, known for its 13th century walls, hilltop fortress and the baroque Saint Stephen’s Cathedral, plus the port towns of Bol, known for its Dragon’s cave and Dominican Monastery, and Omis, a once notorious pirate town in the middle ages. Katarina Line can also assist with pre- and post-cruise planning should travel advisors wish to extend their trip.

The Educational Cruise includes accommodations in a Deluxe Superior category cabin with en suite facilities, daily buffet breakfasts, 4-course lunches, and a Captain’s dinner. Gratuities and drinks are not included, and transfers from Split airport are available on request for an additional $57 each way for up to three persons in the vehicle.
