Palace Resorts’ fourth annual Palace Experience Global Conference will take place in Ocho Rios this year on Oct. 1-4, 2017.
Moon Palace Jamaica will welcome agents, tour operators, and industry insiders from the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Latin America during the 4-day conference. Devon Harris, captain and founder of Jamaica’s national bobsled team, who competed in the 1986 Winter Olympics is scheduled as this year’s keynote speaker. Also scheduled to speak at this year’s event are Mike Marchev, Stuart Cohen, and Rachel Rowley who are each known as key players in the industry and will be providing attendees with takeaways such as how to maintain customer loyalty, converting e-leads to sales, and a step-by-step on how to add personalization to leads and closing the leads.
There will also be exclusive events and workshops during the 4-day conference, plus all attendees will get the opportunity to experience Jamaica with an exclusive excursion of their choosing including Konoko Falls, Mystic Mountain, snorkeling, Chukka River tubing, Sun Valley Plantation, or swimming with the dolphins on property.
