Have you ever had a client—or potential client—contact you feeling totally overwhelmed as to how they were going to pull together their family’s vacation?

For the average family, just organizing the simple logistics to get away can be challenging. It involves juggling work, school and sports schedules at the very least. With bigger families, it can involve various members departing from different airports with all sorts of special circumstances.

And of course there is the trip research alone. It can be daunting. Where do they go? How do they get there? How do they pay for it?

It’s a seemingly endless amount of work and takes time, a lot of time.

That is unless they work with you, their travel consultant/designer. The magician who can pull everything together with great aplomb.

In our firm, we can all be working to maximum capacity and the phone rings. A client wants to organize a sailing trip to Croatia this summer with 12 family flying in from different countries? Some of the siblings are spending time hiking in Slovenia afterwards, others are tacking on a short stay in Zagreb? Grandma and grandpa are ending the trip in Venice?

“Is this something you can handle?” the caller asks.

Our answer: “Not a problem. We’ll take care of it all.”

We are here to take on the organization and management of making trips happen—whatever it takes. We may have to do all sorts of research, endure many frustrations, work countless hours, feel pressure from suppliers to commit or lose options, plus juggle all sorts of client trips at the same time, but in the end, there’s a gorgeous trip we’re always proud of.

Plus we’re giving our clients something of great value: we are saving them time, freeing them up to focus on other things they have to do.

We offer added value for them and once they realize this, that we can save them huge amounts of time, why would they go anywhere else? Now and in the future.
