Building upon the VAX Hacks onsite training course offered at its 23rd annual Best of the Best conference and awards gala, Travel Impressions is launching #VAXFacts, a new Facebook social media series.

Beginning Jan. 4 and continuing every Friday through March 29, the main goal of the program is to arm travel advisors with the tools they need to better navigate VAX VacationAccess. Similar to the #DVF101 series launched shortly after Travel Impressions began offering Dedicated Vacation Flights (now Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights), this educational program will be aimed at providing bite-sized pieces of training to travel advisors.

Each Friday from January until March, agents will receive tips and shortcuts on using the booking platform on their Facebook newsfeed. The information shared will draw from the most commonly asked questions and will serve to clarify and even expand upon what is taught in the basic training sessions. In addition, new features of the booking platform and how to best use them will be highlighted, and step-by-step instructions for specific processes will be presented. The series also taps into group bookings, special requests and brand-new tools such as sending customized quote emails.
