Libertador Hotels, Resorts & Spas, one of Peru’s leading hotel groups, is adding another property to its collection with the Westin Lima opening in July. As Libertador’s third new hotel in partnership with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, the 301-room hotel is located in San Isidro, the heart of the financial and shopping district.
The property will feature the fine dining Maras restaurant with a menu inspired by local ingredients and Peruvian signature dishes with an array of intriguing modern twists. Signature dishes will include tuna tiradito with chili sauce, sweet potatoes and tears of lemon and grilled duck foie gras marinated with pisco mosto verde. There will also be a more casual dining option at Market 770, which will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and will also offer “Westin Superfoods” for especially health-conscious guests. The lobby lounge will be an ideal location for meetings and light snacks, while In Situ Bar on the ground floor will also offer speciality cocktails.
The Spa at Westin will offer nearly 20,000 sq. ft., housing 14 treatment rooms, a fully equipped gym and heated pool.
There are 31 suites including the 3,261-sq.-ft. Presidential Suite, which has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room, small kitchen, office space, wine cellar, mini-gym and remarkable views toward the Pacific.
Rates will start at $565 per night and reservations can be made by calling(877) 778-2281 or or via westinlima.com.pe.
