TRAVELSAVERS has announced new additions to its preferred supplier list for 2019. Among the new additions are American Queen Steamboat Company, AmaWaterways, Goway Travel, Victory Cruise Lines, Buffalo Tours, and Trail Blazer Tours.
According to the company’s chief marketing officer Nicole Mazza, new entrants to the preferred supplier list for 2019 reflect a growing consumer demand for immersive experiences. “Whether traveling domestically or internationally, agents are being challenged to offer opportunities that bring travelers closer to places they go, from meeting locals to exclusive destination excursions,” Mazza said in press materials.
TRAVELSAVERS travel advisors, for example, will now have access to Victory Cruise Lines’ newest Yucatan Peninsula product, with special inclusions such as an early morning private sunrise visit to Chichen Itza and a traditional Mayan healing ritual and purification performed by a local shaman.
The 2019 entrants join a list of more than 100 vetted TRAVELSAVERS preferred suppliers, in addition to 61 contracted air suppliers, 34 on-location suppliers and 30,000 hotels through the organization’s global hotel program.
