The Travel Corporation (TTC) has launched My Travel Portal (MTP), a new online program aimed at streamlining the process of booking and managing trips.
Through MTP, agents and guests will be able to address pre-trip, on-trip, and post-trip needs through one centralized platform that will eventually encompass all TTC brands. For agents, MTP enables them to gather guests’ emergency contact details, obtain personal preferences to ensure a trip is tailored to clients’ specific tastes, and more, all in one place. For guests, the platform serves as a go-to place to view itineraries on their mobile devices through the e-documentation portal and also allows them to take notes of their trip in their journal and chat with fellow travelers.
As part of the company’s commitment to aiding in global reforestation, TTC has also pledged to plant a tree for every guest who uses the e-documentation portal and opts out of printed travel documents.
For the initial launch, MTP encompasses Trafalgar, Contiki, and CostSaver. Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold, U by Uniworld, and Uniworld will be added to the platform shortly after with additional brands from the TTC portfolio also set to join throughout the year.
