Since its inaugural voyage in August, Scenic Eclipse, the World’s First Discovery Yacht, has already celebrated multiple milestones—from its first Transatlantic crossing to its Christening ceremony in New York City with Godmother Dame Helen Mirren. Most recently, the ship completed its U.S. East Coast tour, which began in Portland, Maine and culminated in Miami. Scenic Eclipse now continues its journey down to Antarctica, stopping at destinations such as Colombia, Panama and the Chilean fjords along the way.

Recognized as a game-changer in the world of expedition travel, Scenic Eclipse is equipped to provide guests with both ultra-luxurious amenities and lifelong memories at each destination. On board, guests can take advantage of the ship’s 10 dining options and eight bars & lounges, personal butlers and state-of-the-art Spa Sanctuary. When they’re ready for their next adventure, guests can embark using the ship’s two helicopters, submarine, zodiacs, kayaks, and more. And regardless of their choice, they will be accompanied by onboard Discovery Leaders, who are equipped with knowledge guaranteed to enrich their experiences.

Designed to navigate through all bodies of water, Scenic Eclipse features a Polar Class 6 ice rating, the highest ice-class rating a passenger ship can receive. The ship is also designed with guests’ comfort in mind, equipped with stabilizers that are only 20 percent smaller than those on the world’s largest cruise ships.

Scenic Eclipse also comes equipped with dynamic positioning, allowing it to dock and remain in one place without using an anchor. This innovative technology is already providing Scenic Eclipse guests with experiences they could not receive on other ocean cruises. In October, Scenic Eclipse stopped at a small Bahamian island that typically prohibits ship visits due to the threat anchors pose to the island’s surrounding reefs. Scenic Eclipse guests, however, were able to disembark and explore the island’s natural beauty as the ship dynamically positioned itself at port.

To celebrate setting the new benchmark in ultra-luxury cruising, Scenic Eclipse recently announced its 2020-22 collection of voyages. In addition to polar travel, these new itineraries include Alaska, Ireland, Scotland, Costa Rica, and Peru, to name a few. And when your clients book by Dec. 31, 2019, they will receive the following exclusive offers:

  • Early Bird Pricing – up to 10 percent off full fare (limited & subject to availability)
  • Early Payment Discount – up to $1,500 per suite
  • Complimentary Deposit Protection
  • Private Door-to-Door Transfers (11+ day voyages)
