Luxury condominium resort Blue Residences debuts in Aruba this March, opening the first of three towers.
The complex on Eagle Beach, which will have 124 units when complete, is set to open March 1, 2014, and will feature three towers with oceanview rooms; elevated ceilings in the bedrooms, living rooms and dining rooms; private jacuzzi terraces; kitchens; and a private beach with poolside butler service.
“This is the first luxury resort to open on Eagle Beach in the past 20 years and we are excited about the prospect of promoting this to both loyal Aruba vacationers as well as those coming to the island for the first time,” says Herber Valkenberg, president of Icon Hotel Marketing, the North American representative for the resort.
The first tower opens in March, offering two 5-bedroom penthouses, four 3-bedroom penthouses, 12 three-bedroom units and 24 two-bedroom spaces. The second tower is set to open in May 2014 and the third will follow in January 2015. As part of the Grand Opening special, your clients can save 20 percent off rates for travel from March 1 through Dec. 20, 2014 when they book by Jan. 31, 2014. Rates start at $180 per room for a deluxe oceanview and $280 per room for 1-bedroom suites.
