In a project that is expected to be completed by 2023, The Celebrity Revolution will bring about the complete transformation and modernization of all ships in the Celebrity Cruises fleet.
The $400 million budget for The Celebrity Revolution project is the company’s largest remodeling investment to date and will bring about change to all aspects of Celebrity Cruises’ ships. As Brian Abel, v.p. of hotel operations for Celebrity Cruises, notes in press materials, staterooms will be torn down, redesigned and built back up. Cashmere mattresses and bedding will replace the previous linens. The new Retreat Sundeck will be a place for guests to unwind and enjoy the views, and the revitalized Retreat Lounge will give suite-class guests a high-end lounge to socialize while enjoying complimentary beverages, gourmet food and live entertainment.
The Celebrity Constellation, Celebrity Infinity, Celebrity Millenium, and Celebrity Summit will also debut a new Oceanview Cafe, which will serve as an international marketplace with menus showcasing cuisines from around the world.
