In response to the travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Sandals Resorts has launched the new #SandalsStateofMind social media campaign.

The campaign will run from now until Sandals can welcome guests back to its destinations, and aims to help its guests and future guests find ways to indulge in relaxation and romance at home.

The campaign intends to bring all aspects of a Luxury Included vacation to guests through a series of short videos across social media.

Subjects will include favorite resort cocktail recipes, tips on how couples can spice up their romance in quarantine, learning how to make a Sandals-style bubble bath at home, using Caribbean-inspired recipes to create your own five-star dinner, a Sandals playlist and more. The goal of the campaign is to transport readers into a #SandalsStateofMind from the safety of their homes.

As well as #SandalsStateofMind, the company is also launching the #BeachesStateofMind campaign for those with little ones at home. The campaign will provide at-home activities for kids, including towel monkey-making tutorial, family at-home picnics, mocktail recipes, fruit sushi tutorials and more.

“While the world might have changed, one thing remains constant: your love for each other. And while you’re focused on staying safe at home, we’re here to help you find ways to indulge in some relaxation and romance at home,” said Gordon “Butch” Stewarts, Sandals Resorts founder and chairman in a press release statement. “After all, Sandals is more than a destination. It’s a state of mind.”

@SandalsResorts instagram #SandalsStateOfMind posts thus far include how to make a Grilled Pineapple Martini, a Recipe for Romance, and a recipe for Peach Melissa. While the @BeachesResorts instagram #BeachesStateOfMind campaign has posted a recipe for Tropical Banana Pancakes.

Sandals is also hosting a live DJ Happy Hour on Facebook exclusively for its Sandals Select members with in-house DJ Bryan.

Each year Sandals Select members come together at Sandals Resorts throughout the Caribbean to celebrate their continued loyalty and the friendships they have made with other guests in Sandals Reunion Week. This year the company is looking to host a series of virtual events to bring its loyal guests together as part of the tradition they have come to know and love.
