Summer is here, and that means many families might be planning a camping escapade. For those heading to Utah, suggest a more luxurious experience at one of Utah’s most popular glamping destinations—Conestoga Ranch.

This full-service resort, located at Bear Lake, attracts guests seeking both lake and mountain recreation, and it serves as a half-way point between Salt Lake City and the Yellowstone National Park area.

This summer there are new offerings at the resort, including massage treatments at the Blue Waters Spa and Wellness Center, which also offers yoga; a Conestoga wagon option that sleeps four with a king-size bed and bunk bed option; traditional tents with electricity and propane heaters in the wagons; and a Sunday brunch buffet at the open-air Campfire Restaurant, priced at $14.95 pp.

Guests can enjoy furnished accommodations that come with linens and bath products, plus an array of resort amenities to take park in. The onsite The Campfire Grill Restaurant features gourmet meals of fresh, local products, and on Saturday nights offers live music by local bands who perform country, folk, and classic rock music. In addition, on several weekends per month, Conestoga Ranch offers weekend Stay Parties guided by local astronomers with the use of telescopes, which allow guests to enjoy the views of the night sky. Family groups such as reunions, as well as corporate retreats can make special reservations for private Star Parties.

The 2018 summer season is open through September 30. For more information, visit conestogaranch.com.
